Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Account Responsibilities
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, violate any applicable laws, or use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or overload it.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
Subscription & Billing

Billing Cycle
Subscription fees are charged monthly based on your selected plan. Fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled. If cancelled, you retain access until the end of the current period.
Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable. For billing disputes due to service interruptions or issues, contact us at support@resumematcher.app and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us freely without obligation.
Disclaimer
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is." We make no express or implied warranties regarding:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- AI-generated content will lead to actual job opportunities
- ATS scores reflect any specific employer's actual ATS system
- The Service will meet all of your specific requirements
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resume Optimizer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Service.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
