Each time you use STAR Analysis, ATS Scoring, Cover Letter Generation, or Resume Tailoring, one credit is deducted. Pro and Team plans include monthly credits that refresh on your billing cycle.
Click "Register" on the homepage, enter your email and a password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page, enter your email, and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires after 1 hour.
Contact us at support@resumematcher.app with your registered email. We'll process your deletion request within 72 hours. All personal data will be permanently removed.
Currently email changes are not supported. Please contact support if you need to update your registered email.
